A Message About COVID-19

To our Valued Customers –

Starting immediately, The James Insurance Group has put the following precautionary measures in place to deal with the impending impact of the COVID 19 Virus –

  • Surfaces at each of our locations will be cleaned with disinfectant multiple times per day.
  • Hand Sanitizer will be available for our customers to use (while supplies last).
  • Effective March 18, office hours will be changed to Monday-Friday, 10:00am-3:30pm.

Additionally –

  • Team members will be asked to stay home if they are experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID 19.
  • Team members will be working from home where possible.

This may result in temporary shortage of staff at some locations.  We will be doing everything we can to ensure this does not happen, and appreciate your patience if you experience a service interruption or a wait for service.
